Poor Customer Support/ Many Glitches
The developer refuses to communicate with the players. They often make changes without announcing them, such as raising the rewards massively for events (making a big show of announcing it) then lowering them significantly in the middle of the night about 5 days later without saying anything or even making a "news" announcement in game like they did for the previous update.
Now they refuse to answer support requests about glitches, updates and changes in game.
